I got this new year card from Sandhya and Jay, an Indian couple who worked at NBBJ before. What a pleasant surprise to see the gorgeous Indian Bandhani! Have to go there someday!

I remembered that I went to Hong village in Anhui about 10 years ago where we saw the dyeing site in the movie of Ju Dou. I preferred this one more than the indian one in terms of its visuality. I guess it was becuase of the need of shoting a movie. but the indian one is a real scene. what do they do with the fabric after dyeing them? btw, I like the white indian man suit
